Shipping Rates

We ship our signs tracked and insured through Canada Post. We currently offer $17 flat rate shipping across Canada and $12 flat rate shipping within Alberta.

Tea towels and other fabric items may be shipped lettermail without tracking or insurance for $5 across Canada.

Any customs and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Any delays in shipping may be due to customs or due to busy shipping periods.


Local Pickup

We offer free local, contactless pickup in the SW Calgary community of Evergreen. Once your order is ready you will be contacted with pickup instructions and the address.


Timelines

Current turnaround time is approximately 1-2 weeks, during peak periods (such as Christmas time) processing can take 2-3 weeks - as most pieces are made to order. We do carry some pieces in stock, so feel free to email us prior to ordering for turnaround time. 

When your order is ready to pickup / shipping you will receive an email indicating pickup instructions or your tracking number. Please check your junk / spam folder. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please email hello@ruralcreative.ca.


Wholesale

We do offer some select pieces for wholesale, please email us at hello@ruralcreative.ca to receive a copy of our wholesale catalogue.


Product Instructions

Our products all come with a sawtooth hanger on the back which makes it easy to level and hang your piece. Hanging hardware is not included, but can easily be purchased at a hardware store.

Our signs are recommended for indoor use, and we cannot guarantee how they will wear if hung outside. 


Returns

While we do want all our customers to be satisfied with their order, we do not accept returns. This is due to the nature of most of our products being made to order or custom made for each customer. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 business of receiving your order at hello@ruralcreative.ca so that we can discuss how to resolve the issue.

If there has been damage to your order or something has been made incorrectly, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order so that we can discuss how to resolve the damage. 

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return of damaged goods, etc.
